Priti Jadiya, PT, MPT(Neuro), CCVR

Priti Jadiya is the founder, owner and operator of The Dizziness & Balance Clinic which provides virtual vestibular therapy for the residents of British Columbia, Alberta and India. This has helped her reach people in remote areas where health care is inaccessible or takes longer time to reach. She is also a Clinic Director/ Partner at Glenridding Physiotherapy Clinic which focusses on clients with Dizziness and concussion in Edmonton.

Priti has over 12 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy. She completed her Masters degree in physiotherapy in Neurosciences from AIIPMR, India in 2012.

She developed a keen interest in dizziness and vertigo in 2017. She has taken multiple basic and advance courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation. She completed her Vestibular Rehab Certificate of competency course from Austin, Texas and Duke University’s School of Medicine.

With a keen interest in treating dizzy patients, she went ahead to learn more about various causes of dizziness by taking extra courses on Cervical spine and concussion. She has now restricted her physiotherapy practice in treating patients with dizziness, vertigo, headaches and imbalance. She has developed a good network of professionals like audiologist, psychologist, other vestibular physiotherapist, that work together to help the patients with dizziness.

Lauren Wootton,  BHSc, MScPT

Lauren Wootton completed her MScPT at Ontario's McMaster University in 2012. She has since completed the Introductory and Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy Course with Bernard Tonks, PT, in Toronto., and most recently participated in the 2020 Vestibular Health Summit.

Unlike physiotherapists who treat a multitude of conditions, Lauren focuses solely on vestibular conditions, allowing her to focus her learning, treatment strategies and skills in one area.

Lauren is the founder of The Vertigo Therapist and has developed an effective method of assessment and treatment of vestibular conditions using virtual appointments and various technology.

With this, she is able to reach people in remote and rural areas of Ontario who are searching for relief from their vestibular conditions without access to specialized clinics.

Lauren has found that the most effective way to help someone with vertigo is to tailor treatment not only to the specific condition but to the individual person in order to meet their goals (big and small) at a pace that is right for them.

What clients have to say!
